In response to the current COVID-19 crisis — we want to help — in a modest way, to bring the outdoors in.

Daily Poem
Once a day, a member of the UK's creative community will be reading a poem which captures, evokes, imitates and celebrates the natural world and the great outdoors.

Studies have shown that poetry can have significant therapeutic qualities. It is important to have small breathers, and brief windows of calm, when stress, anxiety and worry can become overwhelming.

Sunday Sessions Podcast
Accompanying the daily poems is a weekly podcast. Becky Downing will be featuring the work of, and talking to, a contemporary writer; and speaking to members of the creative industry to discover how they're coping during the current crisis.
