Theatre in the Rough is launching our own new writers' group in September 2010.

This is not about coming to work your fingers to the bone writing, nor is it about
getting a grade or passing an exam. This is about coming to share whatever
writing you may have, from full plays to scenes to fragments to mere ideas.

Or if you don't want to share your writing, maybe you just want to talk about
theatre or the arts - that play you've seen, or that film you've watched, or that
song you've heard.

Or maybe you're doing Brecht in school, and you're thinking what the hell is he
on about?

Or anything else that can be creative. It's an open house on throwing around ideas.

And hopefully we'll also be able to organise theatre and film trips too.

First meeting is Thursday 30th September, 4.30-6pm at Formby Theatre,
Rosemary Lane, Formby.
